Acceptable Location, but Several Issues
broken toilet seat unacceptable housekeeping
the location is acceptable and provides walking distance to places of interest.
I found multiple issues . the bathroom door was off its hinges, and the toilet seat was broken. Engineering was called, but they left without fixing it or communicating with us. there was also a do not disturb sign on the door, yet housekeeping entered, turning off the a/c, so the room became uncomfortably warm.

surprisingly pleasant stay
friendly staff comfortable beds
the staff was friendly and informative (i really liked that). our double room included comfortable beds. i also appreciated the 24hr mini convenience store on site.

high fee busy hotel
The parking fee seemed high to me. It cost quite a bit daily. I was also disappointed that I couldn't get a late check-out. I am an IHG member and often get late check-out, but I was told the hotel was too busy. This was inconvenient as I had hoped to relax a bit longer before traveling home, so that was a letdown.

amazing stay!
friendly staff free water convenient appliances free storage
I found the staff very friendly. i loved the complimentary drinking water in the lobby. That was a lifesaver. our room included a refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee machine. These appliances were super convenient. plus, they stored our baggage for free after checkout. This was so helpful.
the bathroom was small, but it wasn't a huge problem.

free coffee and tea are always available near reception, a nice touch. a johnny rockets restaurant is located inside the hotel, so it is really convenient. free dinner for kids is possible if at least one adult dines there.

the rooftop pool provides a perfect place to relax. there is free baggage storage after checkout, super convenient. the hotel is centrally located to many sights. a 24 hour pharmacy is within walking distance, really practical.
